It's been a fantastic year so far for sport in the UK and we have noticed a huge increase in people taking on new sports and challenges.  Of course, this is great news because we could all do with getting out in the fresh air a bit more and away from our desks however it is important to take care of your body whilst you exercise.  

We had a chat with Sammy Margo (Chartered Physiotherapist) and Personal Trainer Magazine about what kind of injuries can occur and how you can prevent them.
